If the shower temperature fluctuates badly when a faucet somewhere else in your house is turned on, maybe its time to ask your plumber to connect the shower supply from a separate supply pipe.
However, this can only be done if your home has in-built hot and cold storage tanks. If you are using an electric shower, then it is likely that your thermostat has gone faulty. Also simply make sure that all hot and cold valves are fully opened as reduced water volume could cause problems. If you are using an immersion heater, then you could check to ensure that the temperature changes when you adjust the thermostat. Installing a thermostatic valve in your shower to control the temperature may also help.
