I grew up in Chicago, IL, where I graduated from St. Lawrence high school. Shortly there after I got a job doing bathroom remodeling for hotels which required me to travel around the world. While doing a job in the Bahamas I met my wife Lisa. After marriage we purchased a home, and our beautiful daughter Alana was born. Red Cap Plumbing has been great to me and I look forward to providing good service in the time to come. |

Thomas Witkop, and I am the youngest member of the Red Cap family. I have
been with the company for nearly a year, and have 3 ½ years of experience.
I began my plumbing career thanks to my father who encouraged me to come
and work with him. I started from the ground up and I have learned much in
my time in the industry. Plumbing has become my passion, hobby and career.
I plan on pursuing this field for a long time to come. I recently married
my high school sweetheart, Lena. With her support and the support of my
family I am looking forward to furthering my career and learning more
about plumbing services. |

is Eddy Morales and I have been in plumbing services for the last 18
years. I work hard to provide for my beautiful family; my wife of 17
years, and two sons, Chris and Eddy. I began my plumbing career in Miami
remodeling bathrooms and doing service plumbing. I was born and raised in
Cuba where I attended school. Plumbing is my job and I enjoy it. As a
member of the Red Cap team I am looking forward to providing customers
with excellent service. |

My name is Bill Bollman. I am 41 years old and originally from Altoona, Pennsylvania. I have been in the plumbing trade all my life. I began working with my father installing hot water boilers at the age of 15. I moved to Florida in 85’ to West Palm Beach. There I worked for different companies installing septic tanks, drain fields, grease traps etc. In 89’ I moved back to Pennsylvania and began working at James Craft and Sons Mech Contractors. I served a 5 year apprenticeship and graduated from the Associated Builders & Contractor School with over 10,000 hours. I passed the State Journeyman’s test and eventually moved to Tampa. I gained 6 more years experience working for another local plumber and then came to Red Cap in November 06’. My wife Teresa and I have been together for 14 years and we both love the Tampa Bay area. It is a pleasure to work here. |
